Assets

means cryptocurrencies, digital assets, fiat currencies or any other assets.

C-Patex or we means Cyber Softworks Corp., a company, established under the laws of Panama, having registered address at Via España, Delta Bank Building, 6th Floor, Suite 604D, Panama City, Republic of Panama.

C-Patex Parties means C-Patex, its affiliates and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, advisors, contractors, and assignees.
